Billboard Office

The project comprises the modernization of an old metal workshop and the expansion of the office area.

The new layout of the factory will allow to adapt and enhance the production capacity of the company, incorporating contemporary technology.

A new office building is built in an empty area, 3x50 meters. The constraints of the available area led to a unique stretched building solution, adapted to the natural topography of the site. The total length of the building is broken by the introduction of patios that introduce light and natural ventilation.

The new building connects to the metal workshop, with an independent entrance and a direct connection to the factory.
