Supernova Visual

The project comprises the construction of 100 apartments in two longitudinal buildings positioned along the adjacent streets. This set up focuses on densifying the constructed area, freeing the plot in the centre and the limit with the Avenida Bela Vista, creating a garden area and generous public space.

The park has an informal playground, community gardens and also commercial outdoor spaces to be implemented on the ground floor of the buildings, accompanied by a pergola for shading.

The volumetric solution of the new buildings is compact and seeks to give urban continuity, enabling all houses to be organized with the best possible solar orientation and views.
